What is Japanese Food?

     Many times the kitchen of a country is consequence of its culture or of its geographical conditions. In Japan not the food cooks itself a lot so that lose not its properties. The respect that show the orientals by the food is evident. They have a very stable diet avoiding the greases, they eat many fresh products in small quantities, they are fed with organic products and these they are consumed almost raw.


     The rice, of course, is an important element since the gastronomy of Japan is dominated by the rice and all they accompanied it with this. The rice was considered cooked to its alone point when their sound was crunchy. They can be that have food that are introduced for other places or cultures but they have been developed for Japanese that have done them theirs.


     To the moment to eat, the dishes are not served one behind another as in the western countries, but they are served all of blow in a same dish. Normally it is used to beginning itself with soup and later vegetables or fish accompanied by rice.
